Rates

Our rates vary by the season.  We recommend you check our "Availability" page for rates or better yet, go to "Book Now" to see the full rate.  Please note that booking through us instead of Airbnb and VRBO will be cheaper overall because we don't charge a service fee.  We invite our past guests to book through us because we trust and enjoyed hosting your stay!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
